Sharon, Friends of William Stafford Emeritus Board Member, joins Josh Baker, Lindy Delf, Tony Wolk, Rita Ott Ramstad, and others in commemorating Oregon's former poet laureate's life and work. Open to the public, no charge.

January 23 - William Stafford Birthday Celebration, Vancouver Public Library, Vancouver. Sharon joins Betty Barton, Arnie Dyer, Dennis Schmidling and others in commemorating Oregon's former poet laureate's life and work. Open to the public, no charge.
January 24-27 - Sharon performs a monologue with the poem "Engineered" for the 2010 Fertile Ground Festival sponsored by the Portland Area Theatre Alliance. Produced by Bump in the Road, "More Foreplay at the Someday" consists of six ten-minute plays by six playwrights. $10. Sunday at 4 p.m., other nights at 7 p.m.
